making the non-steamers to connect

for this U should do all the above things what i have said above i.e...,,,,, how to create a  CS,CSS,CSCZ Server now go to http://www.multiupload.com/MIV6YA55UJ and download this file from any link that u'd prefer 

--> now copy this installation file to where u have previously created HLDS folder and click on next then select ur directory say D:\HLDS\hlds

--> it will copy SWDS and other small dll files WHICH MAKE UR GAME SERVER ALLOW NON-STEAMERS
